We believe the church's sole mission is to make disciples, not converts. That means baptism is just the starting line, and living a life according to Jesus's teachings isn't optional. This is called discipleship.

Discipleship has three pieces: 

Be with Jesus.

Become like Jesus.

Do as Jesus did.

Discipleship doesn't happen by accident.

We use something called the Discipleship Pathway to help us create environments and foster relationships where discipleship can happen. Based on the model Jesus used with His disciples, the Discipleship Pathway gives a person the opportunity to grow as a disciple of Jesus while replicating their faith in those around them.
